I wanted to like this, but after about a week the height adjustment started jamming on me. Personally, that made it frustrating to use since I expected it to be easier to adjust.

The selection was small, so I couldn’t really find what I needed. A few of the options they did have also made me wonder about the quality, so I ended up leaving without buying anything.

The hoop itself feels solid, but the backboard just doesn’t play the way I was hoping. Rebounds feel kind of dead, and sometimes the ball comes off at a weird angle. When I asked about it, I felt a little talked down to, like my expectations were the problem. It’s not a terrible setup, but for the price, I expected it to feel a lot better

I bought a hoop from produnk, the safety side of it really bugged me. Like, for something that’s going to be around kids running, jumping, and crashing into everything, you’d think the padding would be more thorough. It just didn’t cover as much as I expected, and some of the bolts/caps felt way too easy to bump into. Maybe I’m being picky, but when kids are involved, I’m not trying to “hope it’s fine.”
The instructions didn’t help much either. They barely explained the safety checks, so I kept second-guessing whether everything was tightened enough or installed the way it should be. For the price, I was expecting a lot more peace of mind, not me standing there overthinking every little part. It works, sure, but I can’t say I felt great about it.

I tried ordering from produnk.com and the whole site felt clunky. Pages were taking forever to load, and then checkout was confusing, like I was halfway through and suddenly not even sure if my order had actually gone through. It just wasn’t a smooth experience at all. Next time I’d probably go with a site that’s easier to use.

We've had this hoop up for a few months now and it’s been solid. My kids are out there using it almost every day, and the rim still feels tight with no weird wobbling or anything. The backboard still looks good too, even after some rough play. I took off one star because putting it together took longer than I expected, but durability-wise, I’m Happy with it

To be fair, the product itself might be totally fine, but the packaging looked rough when it arrived.

The box was crushed, torn in a few places, and looked like it had been dragged around before it got to me. After spending that much, I expected it to show up in better condition.

I’m not sure if this happened during shipping or before it left Produnk, but it definitely should have been packed better. It made for a disappointing first impression.

Once I got everything, it basically confirmed what I already thought, paying a little more made sense. Overall, I’m happy with what I got for the money.

I reached out to sales support twice because I needed actual help, and both times they made it sound like someone would get back to me or sort it out. But in the end, I got nothing useful at all. Frustrating when they promise support and then don’t follow through.

I tried getting help with a warranty issue, and it was more frustrating than helpful. The replies was slow, and I kept getting asked for more details instead of just getting a clear answer. By the end, I didn’t really feel like the warranty did much for me. Maybe other people has better luck, but my experience left me annoyed.

When I ordered my hoop from Pro Dunk, I was a little worried about the delivery part because I’m not home every day and big shipments can be a hassle. But soon after ordering, they called ahead and helped set up a time that actually worked with my schedule, which was a huge relief.

On delivery day, the driver showed up during the window they gave me and was easy to work with. He asked where I wanted the boxes left and was friendly about it the whole time. Nothing complicated or stressful, just good communication and a smooth drop-off
